WebStill occurs on the Logitech k810 keyboard though because it can only do Bluetooth. So at this time it seems to be some kind of Bluetooth issue. Yes, I set Bluetooth and it’s related components to not allow the computer to put them to sleep. And yes I updated all drivers. XPS is 11 gen i9 processor, 16gb ram, Win 10 PE. New out of the box.
