The biggest improvements I have encountered was from getting softer meshing plungers from iOptron along with ensuring that all ball bearings are not preloaded when parts are tightened.

After 3 nights of fairly decent tests tracking and guiding after replacing the RA board, both RA and DEC axes went "off the rails". RMA stats in the 4.5+ arc sec range and would not recover. I tried all I know of to bring them back in line short of disassembling the head but to no avail.
